An impeccable dinosaur, dressed in a suit and tie, wearing a watch on its wrist and carrying a briefcase, presents itself as a speaker for a series of conferences on climate change.
After some technical difficulties, it prepares to deliver its talk: through a PowerPoint presentation illustrated with diligence and professionalism, it attempts to demonstrate that there is no need to worry too much about climate change. One should avoid unnecessary alarmism, because if one is at the top of the food chain, there is nothing to fear. For instance, it does not believe in the meteorite. It believes it is an invention of herbivores, who are by nature fearful and alarmist. Through its presentation, it tries to show that climate change is not such a serious problem and that it certainly does not affect large predators.
CLIMAX is a performance that offers a parody of the attitude of denial that many people adopt towards climate change. By pushing this attitude to its paroxysm, the performance exposes the confidence of a dinosaur so convinced of its ability to withstand change without concern for the environment it inhabits that it fails to realize it is already extinct.
